levelling up survey

believe housing customers may get a phone call from a company called IFF, which is doing some research on behalf of the Government’s Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).

Social housing tenants across the country will be randomly selected and contacted by telephone or by email from Monday, March 21 onwards.

They will be asked how they feel about their homes and landlords and all answers will be kept fully anonymous.

The information collected will allow the Government to measure how landlords are performing against the commitments set out in the Social Housing White Paper (SHWP).

It will cover the 5 key themes of the SHWP:

  • keeping properties in good repair
  • maintaining building safety
  • respectful and helpful engagement
  • responsible neighbourhood management
  • and effective handling of complaints.

These calls are not coming from believe housing and all calls and emails will explain upfront that this survey is being conducted by IFF Research on behalf of DLUHC.

You will not be asked for any personal or financial information as part of this research.
