We’re looking for a highly experienced L&D and Culture Change professional to help shape the newly formed Culture Team and lead the delivery of some truly innovative people projects.

What about the role?

You will play a key role in leading and supporting a wide range of innovative learning, engagement and culture change programmes that will help transform our business and people for the future. You will deliver outstanding facilitation and inspire change at all levels.

You will coach, support and manage a small team of specialists, driving a genuine culture of learning and delivering an exceptional service to the business. You will act as an internal partner and consultant, providing expert advice to leaders and managers on all things culture and learning.

You will support the delivery of an innovative workforce strategy, helping to grow exceptional talent and strengthening the skills of our workforce for the future.

You will be proactive and innovative, working collaboratively with others to make things happen. You will be adept at juggling multiple priorities, working flexibly and at pace. You will enjoy thinking outside the box and reimagining culture and learning for the workforce of tomorrow.
