festive opening times

We will be closing for the festive period at 4.30 pm on Tuesday, 24 December, and will reopen from 8.30 am on Friday, 2 January 2026. 

We will be unable to take any new repair requests via our app or portal during this time; however, you can report any emergency repairs by calling us on 0300 1311 999.
