£30,000 of grant funding is up for grabs in County Durham thanks to believe housing’s community investment programme.
Applications are now open for believe housing’s Large Community Revenue Grant to help support community investment programmes and deliver innovative projects.
Grants between £5,000 and £10,000 are available for projects that meet the key themes of
The money must be used for revenue costs and at least 30% of the beneficiaries of the project must be believe housing customers.
In total, £30,000 of funding will be available to fund up to six projects across central, east and south-west Durham. Funding from the Large Community Revenue Grant can be used to support communities in a number of ways, including:
Community Investment Performance Team Leader for believe housing, Damian Pearson, said: “The £5,000 to £10,000 of grant funding on offer from the Large Community Revenue Grant could make a real difference to a group or project in County Durham. If you work for a community organisation, or have an idea for a project that could make a big difference for our customers, then please get in touch and we’ll see if our funding can help you.”
The closing date for applications for the Large Community Revenue Grant is Friday, 18 February 2022.
