believe housing customers may get a phone call from a company called IFF, which is doing some research on behalf of the Government’s Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).
Social housing tenants across the country will be randomly selected and contacted by telephone or by email from Monday, March 21 onwards.
They will be asked how they feel about their homes and landlords and all answers will be kept fully anonymous.
The information collected will allow the Government to measure how landlords are performing against the commitments set out in the Social Housing White Paper (SHWP).

These calls are not coming from believe housing and all calls and emails will explain upfront that this survey is being conducted by IFF Research on behalf of DLUHC.
