response times for central heating and hot water repairs
As the warmer months approach, we’re changing our response time for loss of central heating and loss of hot water to help us prioritise those most in need.
From Sunday 1 May until Monday 31 October, we will deal with any repairs reported for loss of central heating and loss of hot water within three days. We will work to restore your supply within these three days. From Tuesday 1 November, we will return to our 24-hour response time.

If you can smell gas, please report this to the gas transporter on 0800 111 999.
All non-emergency repairs can be reported on our app or online portal.
