believe housing has a dedicated Employability Team offering one-to-one support and advice.

Whether you are looking for your first job, thinking of returning to work after a break, or are looking to create a pathway towards training, our experienced coordinators work with you on a one-to-one basis.
We also have a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Coordinator who can support you if you want to partner up and tackle the barriers or day-to-day challenges that you feel may be hindering your progress.
Already in work? We are here to help you too. Perhaps you are looking for a change, a fresh challenge, or want a more secure contract? Our In-Work Coordinator can collaborate with you.
We realise that implementing change and looking for new opportunities can feel like full-time work, so our team of employability experts is happy to work with you, providing advice, guidance, and a fresh pair of eyes on the situation, all with a positive, non-judgemental approach.

the skills network
believe housing has teamed up with the skills network to provide free Level 2 qualifications, funded through the European Social Fund.
You can select any course to complete in your own time, so why not take this opportunity to develop your skills or learn for fun.
These are distance learning courses, meaning you can study from anywhere, and a Skills Network tutor will be assigned to support you.
A short skills assessment will ensure the level is right before you begin.
